1. Must I be at home when you clean my
house? New customers will meet with an A1 Sparkles
owner before any work is to be performed. Once you are a
customer you can give us a key for safe keeping, use our
lock box, or place your key in a safe place each visit.
Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us
entry/exit codes.
2. How do you protect my keys? If you
choose for us to hold your key it is secured in a locked
key storage device to which only A1 Sparkles managers have
access. The key is issued to the team leader on the day of
your cleaning and returned at the end of the day. All keys
are organized in a code system and have no connection to
your information or address.
3. How many people will clean my home? We
work in teams of two. Occasionally there is a third person
whom is a Field Supervisor present during the cleaning.
4. What are your house cleaning
rates? Our rates are very competitive and
affordable. Fees are based on your homes size, condition,
special request, and cleaning frequency. At you free in
home estimate we will go over your exact price.
5. How do I pay for your
residential cleaning services? Payment is due at
time of service. You may pay by cash, personal check or
visa, master card or discover card credit cards. If you
aren't home we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen
countertop in a sealed envelope. If you prefer to pay by
credit card, we will handle that process from our office.
6. Is your house cleaning work guaranteed?
All work performed by A1 Sparkles is backed by a 100%
Satisfaction Guarantee. Should you find yourself
unsatisfied with the work we've done in your home, simply
call our office within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we
will re-clean it at no additional charge!
7. Are your housekeepers trained and
supervised? Our service providers are handpicked
and most have been with us for many years. A1 Sparkles
service providers are trained before they're permitted to
enter your home. Training continues as we learn about new
products/methods and to reinforce prior training.
8. Do I need to provide my own house
cleaning products? A1 Sparkles will always arrive at
your home with our own name brand cleaning products and
equipment. Including HEPA filtered vacuum and green
cleaning supplies upon request. We many ask to use your
paper towels as we often run out thought the course of
the day.
9. Will I always have the same maid service
team? Yes. We make every effort to have the same
team in your home. Occasionally there may be a change in a
team member due to illness.
10. Are you insured? Yes. All reputable
business have insurance to protect not only themselves but
their clients as well. A1 Sparkles carries business
liability insurance policy, and workmen’s compensation. If
you need a Certificate of Insurance, please call us and we
will have one sent to you. We need your name, address and
phone number. We can fax, mail or email you our
certificate.
11. What is your cancellation policy? We
request a 3- 4 day advance notice if you need to change or
cancel your scheduled cleaning.

13. Do you have references, past client
comments? Yes, we have posted some of them on our
website. Additionally we can give you the names of past
customers. A1 Sparkles is VIP experienced and clean homes
for many of the areas professional athletes. Please call
and let us know in advance. We will be happy to let you
hear all the nice things our customers are saying about

also members of the Better Business Bureau, Angie’s List,
and nationally certified by the Institute of Inspection

14. What other services do you provide? I
n addition to house cleaning A1 Sparkles also provides;

steam cleaning, tile & grout sealing, carpet dyeing
& bleach spot repair, pet odor removal, janitor
