please take a minute and go over our pre-arrival check

Please vacuum thoroughly before we arrive or just ask our
technician to perform a heavy duty pre-vacuuming (This service
is included in our Chairman service level.)

Please remove any small items such as dining room chairs,
magazine racks, floor plants, etc. from any areas that are
going to be cleaned.

Please remove all breakable items from furniture which will
have to be temporarily moved, cleaned under, and placed
back.

Please pin up any full-length draperies so that they will
be at least 6 inches off the floor.

Please pin up any skirts on upholstered furniture, which
may be touching the carpet.

Computer equipment, china cabinets, entertainment centers,
antique and fragile furniture cannot be moved. However,
carpet underneath such items can be cleaned where
sufficient room is available, or we can edge right around
the base.

During the pre-inspection walk-through with your
technicians, please advise them of any special requirements
to follow when moving your furniture such as weak legs,
loose tops or previous repairs.

Also, call attention to any spots, stains, or odors which
may require special techniques.
If you are not sure ask for a free black light
inspection.

Please put your pets in a safe, quiet place where our
cleaning won't disturb them.

A special note about odors:
We do everything possible to reduce or eliminate pet odors.
However, due to the depth of contamination, 100% success
may not be attained.

For safety sake, be sure to keep an extra close eye on your
curious little ones.

Don’t attempt to spot clean any problem areas yourself as
this may cause more problems.

Stains Come Back … So Do We Warranty
Our truck mount carpet cleaning service comes with our
exclusive guarantee” if the stains come back so do we
guarantee”. We can offer you this warrantee because we have
designed our process, equipment and natural solutions to
prevent any stains from reappearing or wicking back to the
surface. Our process will keep your carpet cleaner longer. With
our process stains do not come back! For the first 30 days
following your visit we will come out and re-clean any area
where the stains have re-appeared. This guarantee is only valid
if we performed a pre-vacuum and you have selected all
recommendations from your carpet cleaning technician. Our
warranty gives you access to professional touch-up cleaning
free of change or at a reduced rate. There may be a service
nominal charge or a full charge if the stains are new and not
ones that have came back.
