Grout cleaning is tough! Customers always try cleaning dirty grout with "amazing" products, floor steam cleaners, and bleach only to find they can't get their grout lines clean. It doesn't work because  microscopic grout pores allow dirt to become trapped below the grout surface, where they can't be removed with normal cleaning. The dirt continues to build up inside the grout, leaving the tile and grout looking dark, dirty, and discolored. This dirty grout build-up also is an excellent breeding ground for bacteria, mold and mildew.

Note Grout sealing is not available with the 7 step maintenance cleaning.  Our 7 step grout cleaning process is a maintenance cleaning and is not recommended for floors that have not been cleaning in the last 3 - 5 years.

10. Ph balanced Green Steam rinse/blast, and sanitizing

11. Dry strokes and vacuum crevices and possible hiding places for dirty water

12. Air mover high speed drying

13. Hand drying

14. Post cleaning wrap up, customer suggestions  

Grout Sealer - Clean it, Seal it and Forget it!

Once the dirty work is complete it is best to seal the grout lines with our heavy duty sealer. We use a Dupont grout impregnator that actually penetrates deep into the grout lines and prevents stains and mineral deposits from penetrating into the clean grout. This product must be applied be hand and will last for over 5 years! Note Grout Sealing is not available for the 7 Step grout maintenance cleaning.
