4.    Power scrub grout lines and tiles. Special attention to crevices and high traffic areas 

5.    Ph balanced Green Steam rinse/blast, and sanitizing

6.    Dry strokes, hand vacuum crevices, and total water extraction  

7.    Post cleaning wrap up and customer suggestions

Note Grout sealing is not available with the 7 step maintenance cleaning.  Our 7 step grout cleaning process is a maintenance cleaning and is not recommended for floors that have not been cleaning in the last 3 - 5 years.

Our rates a reasonable and fair. Grout cleaning requires hard work, truck mount power and expensive products. Other services may charge up to double the price and half the results.

 Grout Sealer - Clean It, Seal It, & Forget About It!

Once the dirty work is complete it is best to seal the grout lines with our heavy duty sealer. We use a Dupont impregnator that actually penetrates deep into the grout lines and prevents stains and mineral deposits from penetrating into the clean grout. This product must be applied be hand and will last for 3 - 5 years! Note Grout Sealing is not available for the 7 Step grout maintenance cleaning. In addition to floor cleaning we also can revitalize your showers and baths.
